Budget alignment
As plans develop, we provide realistic cost guidance, so everything is accounted for early. This avoids surprises later and keeps the project grounded from the start.

Detailed plans and pricing
Once the design is refined, detailed plans are prepared for accurate pricing. We then provide a transparent, itemised breakdown so you have full clarity before moving forward.

Contract and consents
With pricing approved, we formalise the agreement and manage the council consent process on your behalf, so everything is handled correctly and efficiently.
