Budget

No surprise costs.

If a cost changes, you'll know about it immediately. All variations are priced, approved, and signed off at the time they're requested. We don't let costs build up quietly in the background. Variations are charged weekly, so you're never hit with a large unexpected bill at the end of the project.

We also back-cost throughout the build to keep everything aligned with the budget in real time.

If we haven't clearly communicated and had a variation approved, you don't pay for it.

Timeline

Honest and transparent scheduling.

We don't give unrealistic completion dates just to win a job. Instead, you'll have full visibility of the project schedule from day one, with regular updates as the job progresses. If something changes, you'll know why and what it means for the timeline.

Renovations especially can uncover unknowns like rot or structural issues. When that happens, we deal with it properly and keep you informed every step of the way.

If there's a delay, you'll know early, you'll know why, and you'll know the plan to move forward.

Trust

You know who's in your home.

We don't disappear after the contract is signed. You'll know exactly who is working on your home, and we stay involved throughout the entire project. Our team brings over 40 years of combined experience on the tools, and we present ourselves professionally on every site.

We carry $2,000,000 public liability insurance and offer the 10-year Halo Residential Guarantee through Certified Builders.

If our team doesn't treat you, your home, and your project with respect, they won't be on your job.

Quality

If it's not right, it gets fixed.

We don't walk past substandard work. Every stage of the build is checked before moving forward, using our own internal checklists to make sure it's ready for inspection. That's why our work consistently passes the first time.

If something isn't right, it gets sorted. No arguments. No delays.

If you're not happy with the standard of work, we fix it. Simple as that.

Communication

You're never left guessing.

You won't be chasing us for updates. You'll receive weekly site updates, and you'll have access to Buildertrend, where you can track progress, see updates, and stay connected to the job at any time.

All messages are responded to within 24 hours.

If you're left in the dark or not getting clear communication, we haven't done our job properly.
